Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of purchase, regardless of the shipping method selected. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Damages

purrpaws.store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
